I love coffee, espresso especially (Try saying that 3 times real fast)  and good food, and I will stop at nothing to achieve perfection in all things. That makes me an annoying bastard to some people, sucks to be them I guess

I use this site to write about things I try and learn about espresso and coffee, and therefore everything you read about here is based on real data.
